Rationale

Like nouns, verbs have the root stressed (in capitals meaning louder, higher pitch, slower) with the indicator unstressed. The first letter of the indicator is always p, meaning it is a verb indicator (also, it's the first indicator of the sentence meaning it's a verb indicator). The last letter of the indicator indicates if it is I (m) you (t) or it (l). This last letter "agrees" with the pronouns meym, tewt, lihl. The easily distinguished vowel (most important part of indicator) codes for the tense of the verb. Most common vowels get assigned to most commonly used tenses.

To make it plural add an "s" to the end of the indicator (which would agree with the s at the end of the subject/1st object)

To make it passive, include the word "to be" (kewp) like in English:

DOHNpawm KEWPpawm: I am being given
